While studying graphic design at NTNU, i got the task to design the covers of a book series within contemporary literature. I chose to redesign three books from The Maze Runner series.
The solution is an interpretation of the futuristic, post-apocalyptic world the books depict. It has been a thought that the lines can resemble multiple pathways – a maze. The design is inspired by OP art and has a custom typeface that i made.
